Infrasensor identifies high-grade obstructive NSTE-ACS in symptomatic adults in the emergency department — delivering a result in approximately three minutes at the point of care.
Infrasensor is indicated as an adjunct to standard-of-care assessment of patients with symptoms suggestive of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). It is intended to aid in the identification of high-grade obstructive non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS) in symptomatic adult patients (≥18 years) undergoing immediate evaluation for ACS in emergency department or equivalent acute-care settings. Results are intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals and should be interpreted in the context of clinical findings, patient history, and other diagnostic information.
A symptomatic adult presents to the ED with chest pain suggestive of ACS. Current pathway: ECG → serial troponin draws → hours of observation → decision. During that window, if a high-grade coronary occlusion is present, myocardium is at risk.
Infrasensor enters the workflow at the initial encounter. Applied to the wrist, it captures a transdermal signature and delivers an identification result in approximately three minutes — providing the emergency physician with an objective, AI-enabled adjunct signal before the serial protocol has begun.
If positive: clinical team has early indication of high-grade obstruction → pathway to intervention can be accelerated.
Infrasensor gives you an objective, AI-enabled identification result for high-grade obstructive NSTE-ACS at the initial encounter — approximately three minutes, non-invasive, before your first serial interval has elapsed. It doesn’t replace your protocol. It gives you information hours earlier in the pathway, at the moment you’re making your first clinical decisions.
Earlier identification of high-grade obstruction means earlier activation of the cath lab. Infrasensor provides a signal at the front of the pathway — giving interventional teams earlier visibility into cases that will ultimately require their expertise.
Infrasensor identifies high-grade obstruction at the front of the pathway — giving your team earlier visibility into the cases that will ultimately require intervention. Earlier identification means earlier activation. Earlier activation means more salvageable myocardium.
Infrasensor is an investigational device. Not yet cleared by the FDA. Pursuing Class II De Novo approval; submission anticipated 2026.
